Please have the following items to hand before you start your transfer:
Your Customer Reference Number and PIN — if you are an existing Fidelity customer
Fund statements — or a piece of communication from each individual company that shows the account details of the investments you hold
Your National Insurance number — if any of your holdings are held within an ISA
Your fund choice — if you are planning to transfer your holdings it is worth knowing this before you start
Your bank account details — if you want any income generated by your funds to be paid out to you

You can find your Customer Reference Number on your annual statement - it is a 10 digit number starting with ‘1’
