Netcall secures significant contract renewal

(Sharecast News) - Netcall announced a significant contract renewal with an unnamed transportation company on Wednesday, with the £7.6m five-year contract extension effective from 1 April reflecting a £0.4m annual increase compared to the original agreement. The AIM-traded firm said that under the renewed contract, the customer would continue using Netcall's 'Liberty' cloud services.

It said the customer had opted to expand its engagement with Netcall by re-licensing the Liberty Create low-code platform and integrating additional capabilities, such as Liberty Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

"We are delighted to have the opportunity to continue supporting this customer with their digital strategy for a further five years," said chief executive officer James Ormondroyd.

"This significant renewal highlights the value proposition of the Liberty platform to our customers, as well as the broad applicability and tangible results that our digital toolkit delivers across a range of market segments."

At 1149 GMT, shares in Netcall were up 2.33% at 97.21p.
