Itim shares surge on 'significant' five-year contract with Quiz

(Sharecast News) - Software-as-a-service business Itim Group revealed on Tuesday that it had won a contract with fashion retailer Quiz Clothing. Itim announced the win and go live of its omni-channel retail platform for Quiz, noting the five-year multi-million-pound contract was "a significant achievement" for the group, as Quiz was the first fashion retailer in its customer portfolio to implement the end-to-end retail platform as well as its new wholesale module.

The AIM-listed firm noted that the addition of the wholesale module and fashion capabilities completes its retail suite product development and will enable it to offer its platform to other fashion retailers.

Chief executive Ali Athar said: "We are delighted to have been selected by Quiz to work with them to enhance and expand their omni-channel capabilities.

"This important contract demonstrates the breadth and depth of our platform and our ability to add value in the highly customer-centric fashion sector."

As of 1200 GMT, Itim shares had shot up 75.81% to 37.80p.
