Directors dealings: Chemring boss sells shares

(Sharecast News) - Chemring's boss and its group legal director offloaded shares in the sensor and countermeasures manufacturer ahead of the Easter weekend.

According to the company, its chief executive officer, Michael Ord, and Sarah Ellard sold£494,971 and £407,741-worth of shares, respectively, on 22 March.

A week before, the outfit had announced that its Norwegian arm, Chemring Nobel, had been awarded £57m-worth of awards by the European Commission as part of Brussels's plans to boost production in Europe.
