Director dealings: Serco CFO makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - Serco revealed on Tuesday that chief financial officer Nigel Crossley had acquired 3,259 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed British multinational. Crossley, who joined Serco in 2014, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 142.08p each, for a total value of £4,630.39.

Back in June, Serco lifted annual guidance after a strong first half, driven by higher demand for its immigration services. Serco expected full-year underlying trading profits of around £245.0m, 3% higher than 2022 and a 4% upgrade to prior guidance.

As of 1440 BST, Serco shares were up 1.68% at 145.40p.
