Director dealings: Seeing Machines chair ups stake

(Sharecast News) - Seeing Machines revealed on Friday that Dunford Super Fund had acquired 300,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed computer vision technology company. Dunford Super Fund, listed as closely associated with chair Kate Hill, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 4.95p each, for a total value of £14,850.

Following the transaction, Hill was now beneficially interested in 4.8m ordinary Seeing Machines shares, representing 0.12% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1550 BST, Seeing Machines shares were up 0.40% at 5.0p.
