Director dealings: OSB director makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - OSB revealed on Friday that non-executive director Simon Walker had acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed bank. Walker, who was appointed to the board of OSB in January 2022, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 315.00p each, for a total value of £78,750.

Earlier in the week, OSB Group said that it delivered a "strong" financial and operating performance during the third quarter.

As of 1530 GMT, OSB shares were up 5.14% at 352.0p.
