Director dealings: Mitie, Dalata board members invest in shares

(Sharecast News) - Mitie Group and Dalata Hotel Group reported stock acquisitions by board members on Thursday. Chet Patel, a director at Mitie, invested in the company by acquiring 30,877 shares for 96.632p per share.

The transaction, which took place at the London Stock Exchange on 4 October, had a total value of £29,837.06.

Simultaneously, a similar financial endorsement was evident at the Dalata Hotel Group, where Gervaise Slowey, a non-executive director, purchased 7,000 shares at €3.905 each.

The transaction occurred in Dublin on the same day and involved a total expenditure of €27,335.05.

At the close on Thursday, shares in Mitie Group were up 3.41% at 97p, while those in Dalata Hotel Group were unchanged at 363p.
