Director dealings: Lloyds Banking chairman makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - Lloyds Banking Group revealed on Monday that chairman Robin Budenberg had acquired 1.0m ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed financial services giant. Budenberg, who took over as chairman in January 2021, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 45.49p each, for a total value of 454,925.

As of 1630 GMT, Lloyds shares were up 1.09% at 45.99p.
