Director dealings: Tracsis CFO lowers stake

(Sharecast News) - Tracsis revealed on Tuesday that chief financial officer Andrew Kelly had disposed of 9,165 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed transport technology group. Kelly, who took over as CFO in 2021, sold the shares on Monday at an average price of 920.0p each, for a total value of £84,318.

Following the sale, Kelly's beneficial interest in the company sits at 10,324 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of Tracsis' total issued share capital.

As of 1620 GMT, Tracsis shares were up 0.17% at 921.55p.
