Director dealings: Porvair CFO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Porvair revealed on Tuesday that chief financial officer James Mill had acquired 4,250 ordinary shares in the London-listed filtration and environmental technology group. Mills, who took over as group finance director in April 2021, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 620.00p each, for a total value of £26,350.00.

Following the transaction, Mills holds 16,040 ordinary Porvair shares, representing 0.03% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1600 BST, Porvair shares were up 0.42% at 604.50p.
