Director dealings: Pinewood Technologies CEO sells shares

(Sharecast News) - Pinewood Technologies revealed on Tuesday that chief executive William Berman had disposed of 1.46m shares in the London-listed management software solutions provider. Berman, who took over as CEO in February 2020, sold the shares on Monday at an average price of 34.85p each, for a total value of £509,546.75.

As of 1600 GMT, Pinewood shares were up 2.31% at 35.50p.
