Director dealings: Ceres Power chair invests, Wise CFO covers expenses

(Sharecast News) - Two significant director dealings were disclosed to the market by Ceres Power and Wise on Friday, shedding light on transactions involving their key personnel. In the case of Ceres Power, it was revealed that non-executive chair Warren Finegold acquired 20,052 shares for 225.1692p each on 1 February.

The transaction resulted in Finegold increasing his total holdings in the company to 30,056 shares.

Meanwhile, Wise disclosed a transaction involving its chief financial officer and director Matthew Briers, who engaged in two separate activities related to the company's class A shares on 1 February.

First, he vested 56,862 restricted stock units under the company's 2021 equity incentive plans at nil cost.

Subsequently, Briers sold 31,664 shares to cover tax and social security liabilities.

Those shares were sold for 792.5482p apiece, resulting in a total value of £250,952.46 for the transaction.

At the close on Friday, shares in Ceres Power Holdings were down 0.95% at 207.8p, while those in Wise were up 2.21% at 825p.
