(Sharecast News) - Worldwide Healthcare revealed on Friday that non-executive director Sven Borho had acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed healthcare investor. Borho, who founded OrbiMed, acquired the shares on Thursday at an average price of 322.0p each, for a total value of £161,000.
As of 1630 GMT, Worldwide Healthcare shares were up 0.93% at 326.50p.
