Director dealings: Jubilee Metals CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Jubilee Metals revealed on Wednesday that chief executive officer Leon Coetzer had acquired 625,000 ordinary shares in the Africa-focussed metals processor. Coetzer, who took over as CEO in 2017, purchased the shares at an average price of 6.40p, for a total value of £40,000.

Following the transaction, Coetzer holds a beneficial interest in 1.42m ordinary Jubilee shares, representing approximately 0.047% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1625 BST, Jubilee shares were up 1.18% at 6.44p.
