Director dealings: Vistry execs make big buys after half-year results

(Sharecast News) - Vistry Group was at the top of the list of director buys on Thursday, after both its chief executive officer and chief financial officer were linked with transactions. The company said CEO Greg Fitzgerald bought 24,699 shares for 803.69p each, spending a total of £198,503.43.

At the same time Emma Sibley - a "person closely associated" with CFO Earl Sibley - paid 804p for each of 6,172 shares, for an aggregate purchase of £49,622.88.

Both of the purchases came on the back of Vistry's half-year results on Thursday morning, in which the firm reiterated its expectations after a strong start to the year.

At 1315 BST, shares in Vistry Group were up 1.68% at 815p.
