Director dealings: Vietnam Enterprise non-exec invests, LSEG director's firm sells down
(Sharecast News) - Among the big director purchases disclosed on Thursday was a pair of transactions worth more than £0.27m made by a board member at Vietnam Enterprise Investments. The company said Dominic Scriven bought 50,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange on 9 May, in two equal tranches.
It said the first tranche was for 25,000 shares at a price of 544.8p each, valuing it at £136,199.25.
The second tranche of 25,000 shares was at 543p apiece, giving it a total value of £135,750.00.
London Stock Exchange Group was once again sitting solo on the list of FTSE 350 director sells, as a firm linked to one of its directors offloaded more of its holding in the company's share buyback.
It said York Holdings II sold a further 6,454 shares on 10 May for 8,420.45p each, valuing the sale at £543,455.84.
Martin Brand, a director of LSE Group, is also a director of York Holdings II, which was selling its shares as part of the third tranche of the stock exchange operator's share buyback.
At 1256 BST, shares in London Stock Exchange Group were up 0.85% at 8,520p, while those in Vietnam Enterprise Investments were 0.18% firmer at 543p.
