Director dealings: Tribal Group chairman ups stake
(Sharecast News) - Tribal Group revealed on Wednesday that chairman Richard Last had acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software and services firm. Last, who joined the board of Tribal Group in November 2015, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 39.80p each, for a total value of £19,000.
Following the transaction, Last has a beneficial interest in 3.04m ordinary shares in the group.
As of 1555 GMT, Tribal shares were up 2.62% at 40.33p.
