Director dealings: Seeing Machines finance chief linked to purchase, HICL director invests

(Sharecast News) - Driver monitoring technology specialist Seeing Machines was on the list of director buys on Tuesday, after an entity linked to its chief financial officer picked up 150,000 of its shares. The company said Marrach Super Pty Ltd purchased the 150,000 shares on 17 July, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

It paid 5.35p for each share, valuing the transaction at £8,025.00.

In its disclosure, Seeing Machines said Marrach Super is closely associated with its chief financial officer Martin Ive.

"Following these purchases, Mr Ive is now beneficially interested in 6,883,556 ordinary shares, representing 0.17% of the issued share capital of the company," it said in its statement.

Elsewhere, HICL Infrastructure disclosed a purchase of almost 8,000 shares made by one of its directors.

The company said Kenneth Reid bought 7,699 shares on 13 July, also in a single transaction in London.

Reid paid 129.1p for each share, valuing the transaction at £9,939.41.

At the close on Tuesday, shares in HICL Infrastructure were up 0.15% at 129.8p, while those in Seeing Machines were ahead 1.33% at 5.32p.
