Director dealings: Safestore non-exec, Eneraqua CEO pick up shares
(Sharecast News) - Safestore was among those at the top of the list of director purchases on Monday, after a non-executive director was involved in picking up more than 12,000 shares. The FTSE 250 self-storage operator said the self-invested pension plan (SIPP) of its senior independent director Ian Krieger bought 12,280 shares on 8 September, in a single transaction on London's main market.
Krieger's SIPP paid 808.8p for each share, valuing the transaction at a total of £99,320.64.
Elsewhere, Eneraqua Technologies was also listed after disclosing the purchase of almost 45,000 shares by its chief executive officer.
The AIM-traded firm Mitesh Dhanak picked up 44,900 shares, also on 8 September, in an off-exchange transaction.
Dhanak paid 102.795p for each share, giving the transaction a total value of £46,154.96.
Eneraqua said that following the purchase, Dhanak and certain parties closely associated with him were interested in 5,817,327 of its ordinary shares, representing 17.55 of its issued share capital.
At 1353 BST, shares in Safestore Holdings were down 0.62% at 800.5p, while those in Eneraqua Technologies were up 15.79% at 110p.
