Director dealings: RS Group, Abrdn directors make purchases
(Sharecast News) - RS Group was at the top of the list of director buys on Monday, after its chief executive officer picked up more than 14,000 shares.
The company said in a disclosure that Simon Pryce purchased 14,500 shares on 18 August, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
Pryce paid 688p for each share, valuing the transaction at £88,760.00.
Elsewhere, Abrdn was not far below RS Group on the director purchase list, after it disclosed an investment made by a non-executive director.
The firm said Jonathan Paul Asquith bought 52,150 shares in a single transaction, also on 18 August in London.
Asquith paid 162.33p for each share, giving the transaction a gross value of £84,655.10.
At the close on Monday, shares in RS Group were up 0.78% at 702p, while those in Abrdn were down 0.71% at 160.75p.
