Director dealings: Robert Walters non-execs named in two transactions
(Sharecast News) - Specialist recruiter Robert Walters disclosed two director buys on Thursday, with the first being the wife of non-executive director Matt Ashley. The company said Charlotte Ashley bought 9,667 shares on the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
Ashley paid 517p for each share, spending a total of £49,978.39 on the purchase.
Following the transaction, Robert Walters said Matt Ashley's holding in the company, those of his connected persons, was now 9,667 shares.
In its second disclosure, the firm said non-executive director Steven Cooper bought 1,000 shares on Thursday, also on the London Stock Exchange.
Cooper paid 510p for each share, valuing the transaction at £5,100.
Robert Walters said Cooper's holding in the company, including holdings of connected persons, now totalled 7,000 of its shares.
