(Sharecast News) - PPHE Hotel Group revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Boris Ivesha had acquired 4.63m ordinary shares in the London-listed international hospitality company.
Ivesha, who has been CEO of the Park Plaza operator since 1991, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 1,140.00p, for a total value of £52.86m.
As of 1645 GMT, PPHE shares were up 1.63% at 1,148.46p.
