Director dealings: Outgoing Frontier Developments chairman lowers stake
(Sharecast News) - Frontier Developments revealed on Monday that outgoing chairman David Gammon had disposed of 35,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed video games developer.
Gammon, who took over as chairman in 2012, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of 1,400.0p each, for a total value of £490,000.
Gammon remains beneficially interested in a total of 245,000 ordinary Frontier shares, representing 0.6% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1625 GMT, Frontier Developments shares were up 1.14% at 1,414.0p.
