Director dealings: Keywords non-exec invests, Airtel Africa CEO funds property purchase
(Sharecast News) - Video games specialist Keywords Studios was on the list of director buys on Friday, after a non-executive director picked up more than 3,000 shares. The company said that, under an investment programme dated 17 April between itself and Don Robert, Robert purchased shares as a personal investment using fees relating to his role as a non-executive director.
It said Robert bought 3,200 shares on 8 August, in a single transaction on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
He paid 1,495.47p for each share, valuing the investment at a total of £47,855.04.
On the selling side of the ledger was Airtel Africa, whose chief executive officer sold a tranche of shares in order to fund a property purchase.
The firm said Olusegun Ogunsanya offloaded 666,174.76 shares on 4 August, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
Ogunsanya was paid 111.37p for each share, giving the sale a total value of £757,440.70.
Airtel Africa said that following the transaction, Ogunsanya still held 4,325,282 of its shares.
At 1516 BST, shares in Keywords Studios were up 2.21% at 1,482p, while those in Airtel Africa were 0.09% firmer at 115.6p.
