Director dealings: Kenmare directors, Genuit chairman invest in firms
(Sharecast News) - Kenmare Resources was on the top of the list of director buys on Wednesday, after two of its directors were linked to share purchases. The company said non-executive board member Mette Dobel picked up 2,500 shares on 15 August, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
Dobel paid 424.25p for each share, valuing the transaction at £10,606.25.
In its second disclosure, Kenmare said Rostrevor One Limited bought 10,756 shares in a single transaction in London, which also took place on 15 August.
Rostrevor One was described as a 'person closely associated' with managing director Michael Carvill.
It paid 431.51157p for each share, giving the purchase a value of £46,413.38.
Elsewhere, Genuit Group disclosed a purchase made by its chairman Kevin Boyd.
It said Boyd bought 6,500 shares in a single transaction in London on 15 August, paying 305.93p for each share to value the purchase at £19,885.45.
At the close on Wednesday, shares in Kenmare Resources were up 0.35% at 426p, while those in Genuit Group were 0.65% firmer at 307.5p.
