Director dealings: Judges Scientific chairman lowers stake
(Sharecast News) - Judges Scientific revealed on Thursday that chairman Alexander Hambro had disposed of 10,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed scientific instruments investor. Hambro, who founded specialist investment syndicate Welbeck Capital Partners, sold the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 7,550.0p each, for a total value of £755,000.
Following the sale, Hambro's beneficial holding in Judges was 49,500 shares - representing approximately 0.78% of the company's total issued share capital and voting rights.
As of 1615 GMT, Judges Scientific shares were down 1.81% at 7,600.0p.
