Director dealings: Ironveld director linked to purchase, Loungers chair covers tax bill

(Sharecast News) - Ironveld was on the list of director buys on Thursday, after it disclosed a purchase linked to a non-executive director. The company said Tracarta Limited bought 2.5 million of its shares on 13 July in London, at a price of 0.28p each.

It said that as a result, Tracarta now held 406,213.567 of its shares, or 11.36% of its issued share capital.

Ironveld said in its disclosure that its non-executive director John Wardle has a beneficial interest in Tracarta.

On the selling side of things, Loungers said its chairman Alex Reilley sold 200,000 shares to cover a tax bill.

It said Reilley netted 190p for each share, and following the transaction remained interested in 6,751,432 of its shares, representing 6.51% of its issued shares.

At 1445 BST, shares in Loungers were down 2.31% at 190.5p, while those in Ironveld were up 0.88% at 0.29p.
