Director dealings: Hostmore director raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Hostmore revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Stephen Welker had acquired 395,600 ordinary shares in the London-listed hospitality group. Welker, who was appointed to the board of Hostmore in August, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 13.25p each, for a total value of £52,417.
Following the transaction, Welker holds an aggregate of 4.44m Hostmore shares.
As of 1610 GMT, Hostmore shares were up 4.75% at 13.0p.
