Director dealings: Heiq CEO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Hygiene technology group Heiq revealed on Friday that chief executive Carlo Centonze had acquired 261,171 ordinary shares in the London-listed company. Centonze, who also co-founded the group, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 28.0p each, for a total value of £73,127.88.
Following the purchase, Centonze holds an interest in 14.44m Heiq shares, representing approximately 10.31% of the company's issued ordinary share capital.
As of 1610 GMT, Heiq shares were up 4.41% at 30.80p.
