Director dealings: Flutter directors invest, St. James's Place MD sells
(Sharecast News) - Flutter Entertainment was at the top of the buyers' list on Monday, after it disclosed two purchases made by its chair and a director's associate. The FTSE 100 gambling giant said chair Gary McGann had bought 2,200 shares on the Dublin market for €108.50 each, valuing the transaction at €215,045.05 (£178,120).
At the same time, it said Angela Higginson - officially a person associated with its non-executive director Andrew Higginson - bought 3,343 shares in London at £87.65 apiece.
That made Higginson's purchase worth a total of £263,976.54.
On the selling side of the ledger, St. James's Place disclosed a sale worth almost £0.4m made by its outgoing managing director.
The FTSE 100 company said Ian Gascoigne had sold 29,722 shares for 1,280.06p each, netting him a total of £0.38m.
That sale was made on the back of his taking on 63,063 shares at nil cost, as part of its 2014 performance share plan.
Earlier in the year, St. James's Place announced Gascoigne's resignation, due to take effect from 31 March.
