Director dealings: Cranswick non-executive director makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - Cranswick revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Mark Reckitt had acquired 315 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed listed food producer. Reckitt, who joined Cranswick in 2014, purchased the shares at an average price of 3,170.0p, for a total value of £9,985.50.
On Tuesday, Cranswick said half-year profits fell but posted a rise in sales as it worked to keep cost inflation under control.
Total revenue for the six months to 24 September rose 12.4% to £1.1bn, while adjusted pre-tax profits slipped 3.4% to £66.0m.
As of 1620 GMT, Cranswick shares were down 1.25% at 3,168.0p.
