Director dealings: Capricorn CEO nets £1m from tender offer, Brand Architekts chair invests

(Sharecast News) - Cosmetics company Brand Architekts disclosed a purchase worth over £0.23m on Thursday, made by its non-executive chairman.

The AIM-traded firm said Roger McDowell bought 300,000 of its shares on Wednesday, at a price of 77.75p each, valuing the purchase at £233,249.99.

Following the transaction, Brand Architekts said McDowell's beneficial interest in the company totalled 1,249,105 of its shares, representing 7.25% of its issued share capital.

Capricorn Energy was at the top of a short list of sells, meanwhile, reporting a transaction worth more than £1m made by its chief executive officer.

The FTSE 250 firm said Simon Thomson had sold 451,560 shares under its tender offer, for 223p each.

That valued the sale at £1,006,978.81, with the company disclosing that after the transaction, Thomson had an interest in 698,759 of its shares, or 0.215% of its issued capital.

He also had 1,136,751 vested but unexercised awards, and 2,488.956 unvested awards still subject to performance conditions.
