Director dealings: British Land CEO sells down, Ashley settles more Frasers options
(Sharecast News) - Frasers Group was once again on both sides of the ledger on Thursday, after Mike Ashley exercised and settled a number of put options, and purchased further derivatives. The retailer said put options sold by Ashley over 150,000 of its shares, with a strike price of 900p and an expiry of September, had been exercised and were settled through the purchase of derivatives equivalent to 150,000 shares.
It said Ashley also purchased further derivatives equivalent to 100,000 of its shares.
The firm also disclosed that MASH Holdings - a company through which Mike Ashley held shares - sold share-settled put options over 800,000 shares equivalent, with a strike price of 800p and an expiry of September.
Elsewhere, British Land disclosed the sale of more than 42,000 shares by its chief executive officer on 24 May.
The company said Simon Carter sold the shares in three tranches, with the first consisting of 8,967 shares at a price of 356.85p.
It said the second tranche was of 16,789 shares at 357.37p apiece, and the third and final tranche saw 16,836 shares sold for 356.37p each.
At 1614 BST, shares in British Land were down 0.39% at 355.2p, while those in Frasers Group were 3.61% weaker at 680p.
