Director dealings: Asos co-founder sells 1m pounds worth of shares
(Sharecast News) - Asos co-founder Nick Robertson sold shares in the digital fashion retailer. On 28 June, the non-executive director sold 259,389 shares at £4.013 apiece, for a total transaction amount of just over a million pounds.
Some seven weeks before, Asos had posted an interim loss of £291m, against a £15.8m profit achieved during the same period one year before.
The former stock market darling said at the time that it had £408.6m of cash and undrawn facilities.
Its forecast for the full-year however included an outflow of approximately £100m.
