Fund Conversions
Invesco Y Share Class Conversion
Effective date : 03rd May 2024
To simplify share class offering, Invesco has decided to convert Y share classes to Z share classes of the same fund effective 3rd May 2024. From noon 24 April 2024 you will no longer be able to purchase Y share classes for any of Invesco funds and from noon 2 May 2024, redemptions of existing holdings in the Y share class, and stock transfers relating to that share class, will no longer be available.
On or around 3 May 2024, all remaining shareholdings in the Y share class will be automatically converted into the equivalent Z share class.
Your regular collections, withdrawals and income preferences will be changed over to the new Z share classes.
