WH Ireland in talks with Zeus Capital about sale of capital markets arm

(Sharecast News) - Financial adviser WH Ireland confirmed on Monday that it is talks with UK investment bank Zeus Capital about the potential sale of its capital markets division. In a brief statement responding to press speculation, it said: "These discussions are at an advanced stage but there can be no certainty that any transaction will occur."

Further updates will be provided in due course, it added.

At 1400 BST, the shares were up 5.5% at 4.22p.
