Director dealings: Poolbeg Pharma co-founder ups stake

(Sharecast News) - Poolbeg Pharma revealed on Monday that chairman Cathal Friel had acquired 830,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed biopharmaceutical company. Friel, who co-founded Poolbeg Pharma, purchased the shares at an average price of 11.68p each, for a total value of £96,944.

Following the transaction, Friel holds 37.21m ordinary Poolbeg shares, representing approximately 7.4% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1620 GMT, Poolbeg shares were up 0.88% at 11.50p.
