Director dealings: Frontier, NewRiver disclose director purchases

(Sharecast News) - NewRiver REIT and Frontier Developments were on the list of director deals on Tuesday after they both disclosed director purchases.

Frontier Developments reported that Joy Hu, the wife of non-executive director James Mitchell, acquired a total of 38,000 shares at an average price of 119.37p each on 15 December.

Following the transaction, Mitchell and Hu had a combined beneficial interest in 385,044 shares, representing 0.98% of its issued share capital.

The purchase was executed at various prices and volumes, ranging from 112.9p to 123.76p per share, resulting in an aggregated price of 119.37p and an aggregated volume of 38,000 shares.

All transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.

In a separate announcement, NewRiver REIT revealed that Alastair Miller, its senior independent non-executive director, acquired 30,000 shares for 84.04p per share on 18 December.

Following the transaction, Miller now held 99,806 shares in the company, with the purchase executed on the London Stock Exchange.
