Director dealings: Cellular Goods director snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Cellular Goods revealed on Tuesday that executive director Michael Edwards had acquired 5.5m ordinary shares in the London-listed wellness and sustainability solutions producer. Edwards, who was only appointed to the board of CBX this week, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 0.33p each, for a total value of £17,875.

As of 1610 GMT, Cellular Goods shares had surged 50.0% to 0.45p.
