Director dealings: Blue Coast raises stake in Everyman Media

(Sharecast News) - Everyman Media revealed on Thursday that Blue Coast had acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed cinema group. Blue Coast, of which non-executive director Michael Rosehill was also a director, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 57.50p each, for a total value of £28,750.00.

Following the transaction, Blue Coast's total holding has risen to 25.85m ordinary Everyman shares, equating to 28.4% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1615 BST, Everyman shares were down 0.42% at 57.26p.
