Director dealings: Windar Photonics non-executive director ups stake
(Sharecast News) - Windar Photonics revealed on Friday that non-executive director Paul Hodges had acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed technology group. Hodges, who was appointed to the board of Windar in March 2021, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 48.0p each, for a total value of £24,000.
Following the transaction, Hodges holds an interest in 2.12m ordinary Windar shares, representing 3.1% of the company's issued share capital,
As of 1630 GMT, Windar Photonics shares were up 0.82% at 48.90p.
