Director dealings: Mountview Estates CEO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Mountview Estates revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Duncan Sinclair had acquired 1,115 ordinary shares in the London-listed property trading firm. Sinclair, the son of co-founder Irving Sinclair, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 8,750p each, for a total value of £97,562.50.
Following the transaction, Sinclair holds a beneficial interest in 613,755 ordinary Mountview shares, representing 15.74% of the company's total voting rights.
As of 1420 BST, Mountview shares were up 2.58% at 8,950p.
