Director dealings: Windar Photonics director raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Windar Photonics revealed on Monday that non-executive director Paul Hodges had acquired 220,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed wind sensor developer. Hodges, who was appointed to the board of Windar in March 2021, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 42.18p each, for a total value of £92,799.96.
Following the transaction, Hodges holds an interest in 3.47 ordinary Windar shares, representing 4.3% of the issued share capital of the company.
As of 1615 BST, Windar shares were down 0.23% at 43.90p.
