Director dealings: Vietnam Enterprise Investments director ups stake
(Sharecast News) - Vietnam Enterprise Investments revealed on Tuesday that director Dominic Scriven had acquired 42,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed closed-end fund. Scriven, who founded Dragon Capital, the ultimate parent of the investment manager, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 554.86p each, for a total value of £233,039.11.
Following the purchase, Scriven holds an interest in 178,423 ordinary shares in the company.
As of 1615 GMT, Vietnam Enterprise Investments shares were down 0.029% at 553.84p.
