(Sharecast News) - Victrex revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Janet Ashdown had acquired 1,039 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed polymer products maker.
Ashdown, who was appointed to the board of Victrex in 2018, purchased the shares at an average price of 1,875.0p each, for a total value of £19,481.25.
Victrex held full-year guidance on Tuesday but said volumes had been softer during the first quarter, with ongoing weakness in several of its end markets. However, the group reported a 6% rise in revenues to £78.8m.
As of 1620 GMT, Victrex shares were down 1.06% at 1,870.0p.
