Director dealings: Trifast non-executive director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Trifast revealed on Monday that non-executive director Nicholas Mills had acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed engineering and manufacturing firm. Mills, who was appointed to the board of Trifast in 2023, purchased the shares at an average price of 65.52p each, for a total value of £327,614.01.

Following the purchase, Mills and investment vehicles connected with him now hold a beneficial interest in 22.18m ordinary shares, representing 16.3% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1530 BST, Trifast shares were up 5.73% at 71.05p.
