Director dealings: Trifast non-executive director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Trifast revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Nicholas Mills had acquired 297,112 ordinary shares in the London-listed industrial fasteners manufacturer. Mills, who snapped up the shares via his interest in Rockwood Strategic, purchased the shares last Thursday at an average price of 81.0p each, for a total value of £240,660.72.

Following the transaction, Mills holds a beneficial interest in 20.68m ordinary Trifast shares, representing approximately 15.196% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1625 GMT, Trifast shares were up 3.17% at 84.60p.
