Director dealings: Rentokil Initial director makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - Rentokil Initial revealed on Friday that non-executive director Brian Baldwin had acquired 7.5m ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed pest control business. Baldwin, who was appointed to the board of Rentokil in September, purchased the shares on Wednesday via his interest in Trian Fund Management at an average price of 413.41p each, for a total value of £31.0m.
As of 1620 GMT, Rentokil shares were up 3.66% at 413.50p.
