Director dealings: M&G chair invests, Investec director offloads shares
(Sharecast News) - Among the director dealings were disclosed to the market on Thursday were two involving executives from M&G and Investec Group. On the buying side of the ledger, M&G announced that its chair Edward Braham, along with Isabel Braham, a person closely associated with him, executed significant share purchases on 19 June.
Edward Braham purchased 24,600 ordinary shares at a price of 203.96p per share, while Isabel Braham acquired 14,800 shares at the same price.
In a separate disclosure, Investec reported that Nishlan Samujh, a director of the firm, conducted an on-market sale of 152,486 ordinary shares on 19 June.
The shares were sold at a price of 580.38p apiece.
At 1606 BST, shares in M&G were up 1.33% at 206.2p, while those in Investec Group were down 0.17% at 578.5p.
